Drivers
The drivers supporting Empower Transport Services help individuals travel to medical appointments, dialysis, hospitals, rehabilitation, behavioral health programs, and other healthcare destinations. Their daily responsibilities center on providing transportation appropriate to each passenger’s circumstances and mobility needs. Depending on the trip, transportation may involve ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, or other appropriate accommodations. Drivers may also support one-time trips, return transportation, and recurring transportation arrangements. Their role is centered on helping passengers complete planned non-emergency trips between their pickup locations and healthcare destinations.
Care Staff
The care staff planned for the residential/group home program will support adults who need assistance with daily living due to physical, mental-health, or age-related conditions. The planned staffing structure includes a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistants, along with administrative and program roles. Their work is expected to involve areas such as daily living assistance, health monitoring, medication support within the program’s authorized scope, behavioral support, and community participation. Additional planned supports include life-skills training, educational and vocational support, recreational activities, and care coordination. These residential services are coming soon and are not currently accepting residents or placements.
