Empower Home LLC dba Empower Transport Services is a locally owned Virginia company based in Alexandria, focused on providing dependable community-based support through transportation and planned residential services. Its currently operational division, Empower Transport Services, provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for individuals traveling to medical appointments, dialysis, hospitals, rehabilitation, behavioral health services, and other healthcare destinations throughout Northern Virginia. The company serves people who need transportation for individual healthcare trips as well as recurring transportation needs.
Transportation is delivered according to the circumstances of each trip, including the passenger's mobility needs and destination. Empower Transport Services is also preparing to introduce residential/group home services for adults age 18 and older who need assistance with daily living due to physical, mental-health, or age-related conditions; these services will be available as a future offering and are not currently accepting residents or placements.
