What to Expect
The process starts when you or someone assisting you contacts the office with your pickup location, destination, appointment details, and transportation requirements. Once the trip is scheduled, transportation is arranged for the requested time, and you are transported from the designated pickup location to your healthcare destination. If transportation home is needed after the appointment, a return trip can be arranged as well.
